Some big progress this week! Paint colors (both inside & out), 2 decks, and the layout for new concrete.
Check out the new back deck - it's so cool!! And obviously this is where my driveway will go. The driveway will have a walkway up to the back deck.
Here is a shot I just think is cool - the base of the steps for the front deck.
Next week lots of stuff happens - tile, electrical finish out, plumbing finish out, tiling, painting, and I'm sure other stuff that I don't know about. Then comes countertops, the rest of the cabinets, inspections, and then *fingers crossed* my certificate of occupancy!
