New Tile + Paint Instructions

Picked out some tile for the laundry room this weekend. $.99/each - not shabby! It meant I had to pick a new paint color to match, though, because Shamrock Green wasn't working. I'm going with the same blue I'm painting the guest room with just to be easy. Anyway, I thought my paint directions were funny... think I'm just a bit complicated or what?!
